Most recent WiFi

Reads WiGLE/Pager loot CSVs, keeps Type=WIFI, dedupes by MAC (newest kept), applies the exclusion zone above, then writes the newest N as loot.json for the landing page. Coords rounded to ~110 m for the public file.
